We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any a lot more. He stated he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a significant quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have one more woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could support as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We were able to offer our client with all of the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been getting an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
